Ms. Haak Hello! My name is Sarah Grace Haak and I am so very excited to be teaching second grade here at Staton Elementary. I moved to Las Vegas from Scranton, PA with my parents when I was 8 years old and started school at Staton in third grade, so I am very happy to now be teaching at my former elementary school! I graduated from UNLV with my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Pre K - 2. I plan on returning to complete my masters in the near future, but I am undecided on what I want my masters in. Most of my family still lives back on the East Coast, so my parents and I travel back and forth a lot to see everyone. I have two half brothers and a half sister and they are all older than me, so I am the baby in my family. I do not have any children of my own, but I do have a dog and a cat that I love very much! In my spare time you will find me outside. Hiking is one of my favorite things to do. I love exploring and getting some sun and fresh air. I also love spending quality time with my family and friends. Life is short so cherishing time with my loved ones is very important to me. My goal is to make it a fun and exciting school year teaching second grade as a returning Pioneer! I can’t wait to watch my new group of students learn and grow! Wish List Edit favorite things
